Location
The Royale Takitumu Villas is an ABSOLUTE BEACHFRONT PROPERTY! All our villas are just mear steps to the white sandy beach. We are located on the fabulous Titikaveka Beach on the South side of Rarotonga, 15 km from the main township and minutes from several restaurants and cafes. The beach here is dazzling white sand, edged with waving coconut palms and stretching for some 10km each way. The lagoon, protected by a natural coral reef is azure blue, calm and a safe haven for snorkelers and swimmers. If you are looking to be Right On the Beach then this is the place for you!
Accommodation
All villas were designed with first class materials, have solid plastered walls, and insect screened windows and doors. The lounge and dining areas feature exposed beams and high ceilings with ceiling fans that open up to a covered deck/patio with sunning furniture.
Our Lagoon View Villas are just steps back from the Beach and have fabulous view of the Lagoon.
Our Honeymoon Beachfront Villas are right on the beach.
Our VIP Beachfront Villas are right on the beach as well but are slightly larger then the Lagoon View villas and Honeymoon Beachfront Villas and also were designed for those seeking that little bit of extra privacy.
All Villas have a seperate king bedroom. The Villlas are fully air conditioned and have top-of-the-range king size beds and pillows. The luxury bathroom suites include spa baths and bidets, as well as complimentary quality toiletry packs. The kitchen is fully self-contained with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and gas cooker.
All bookings receive a complimentary Arrival Breakfast Pack which includes bread and spreads, local tropcial fruit, milk, juice, tea and coffee. Each villa has a direct dial phone and local calls are complimentary.
Dining & Entertainment
All our villas have fully self-contained kitchens for those wishing to dine in. We also have complimentary BBQ facilities located by the pool for those wishing to grill up their catch of the day! There are a number of excellent nearby cafes and restaurants complement the private dining made famous here. Our chef is available for private villa dinners and our regular guest-only dinner parties are a feature too. With over 30 restaurants on our 32km island there is something for everyone. They are just a short walk or drive away!
